About the Artist: Rochonda Ferrelli

Hi! I'm Rochonda Ferrelli,  an entrepreneur and creative. I'm the Founder of Magnetic Geodes by Rochonda custom artworks and art mentorship programs as well as the CEO of Highest Awakened Potential, a coaching company for Conscious Entrepreneurs.

For as long as I can remember I have been creating art. As a little girl, I remember begging my parents for an art kit for Christmas. You know the ones that come in a plastic mini suitcase and have compartments organized for colored pencils, markers, paint, etc? Yup. That's honestly all that I cared about getting. And as soon as wrapped gifts were placed under the tree I waited for my parents to be out of the house so I could slice open the tape on the gifts to see if "Santa" brought me art supplies.

As a teen, I fell deeper in love with creating art and enjoyed exploring mediums like oil pastels, watercolor, charcoal, and marker art. Art class was the only class I truly enjoyed and looked forward to in school. I distinctly remember the attraction to fluid art in my teens. And into my twenties I found myself gluing seaglass mosaics onto just about anything I could get my hands on. Art and creating has always been a go-to outlet. 

Throughout my adult life I've continued to enjoy creating, painting, expressing and connecting with my artwork for hours on end. In fact, I can easily spend an 8-12 hour day working on a project and feel nothing but joy at the end of it all. Creating art is a moving meditation for me. I get to think deeply, focus and express a part of myself into my creations.

In 2007, I had a spiritual awakening. From that moment I began connecting with my Spiritual Guides and diving deep into metaphysical, esoteric and spiritual teachings.

In 2019, I stumbled upon geode resin art while scrolling through Instagram and instantly became obsessed. It wasn't long before I was creating spreadsheets of necessary supplies, filling up my Amazon cart and taking detailed notes on pour techniques. 

Shortly after creating my first resin piece the name Magnetic Geodes was given to me by one of my Spiritual Guides, Count St. Germain. Along with the name he also gave me a vision of an energy grid around the world connected by the crystals embedded in my art pieces.  Today, I still I hold that vision and I also invite my Spiritual Guides to be a part of the creation process for each piece. Each geode is infused with higher-vibrational frequencies that are guaranteed to elevate the energy of the space in which they occupy. This is what makes them so magnetic and so special!
